    OJOSE Online JOurnal Search Engine) is a free powerful scientific search engine enabling you to make search-queries in different databases by using only one search field. With OJOSE you can find, download or buy scientific publications (journals, articles, research reports, books, and so forth) in up to 60 different databases.

    If you want to look at articles on lung transplantation, simply click on the web address. In the box in the left hand column under the button labeled “Look For,” type in lung transplantation then click on one of the data bases in the 8 lists of sources (for example, choose “PubMed” under “2. Find Articles in Online Journals Edited”). Finally, click on “Look For” and the Pub Med database will be searched and all articles matching your query will be listed.

    Helpful Hints: You can use boolean-expressions (“AND,” “OR,” “NOT”) to eliminate articles that are too general for your specific inquiry. For example “lung transplantation AND rejection” results in 208 articles; whereas “lung transplantation” results in 612. Remember, these sites offer information only and should not be used to make medical decisions. You should always confer with your medical professional before making any changes in your medical routine.
